Keewaydin Dunmore Camp for Boys - Staff Guidelines - 2008The quality of our camp is built around our staff. The Keewaydin camps have a long tradition of excellence in this regard. Our staff experience a fun, exciting and worthwhile summer. Make a difference in the lives of children. Learn skills for working with people that will easily transfer to all your future jobs. Meet people from across the US and foreign countries and make friendships that last a lifetime. All staff work as general counselors and live in a platform tent or cabin with a small group of boys. In addition, each staff works as a specialist in two or more activities during our two activity periods each day. Spending time with campers in less formal settings is also an important part of the work of each staff person. All staff go on extended overnight canoe or hiking trips at least once per month. There are also day trips and special events. Join us on the shores of beautiful Lake Dunmore and experience your best summer yet! Staff salaries are very competitive.
